March 2023: Zandy and Tony were both appointed by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA), as facilitators in relation to a restorative justice process being run in the Northern Territory for First Nations people who are a part of the stolen generations.
February 2023: Tony was on a Workplace Investigations panel at the Law Institute of Victoria Workplace Relations Conference.
January 2023: Tony was appointed Deputy Chair of the Victorian Government Independent Office for School Dispute Resolution.
November 2022: Tony was a facilitator at Baker McKenzie Work Employment Roundtable on psychosocial issues in the workplace.
October 2022: Tony was awarded a Caulfield Volunteer Award for his longstanding (20+ years) service to a community education organisation.
July 2021: At the HRD – HR Summit, Melbourne, Zandy delivered a workshop on ‘Has workplace conflict changed? Resolving workplace conflict in 2021.’
October 2020: Zandy delivered a webinar for HR Daily’s Premium subscribers on Uncovering Workplace Culture Trouble Spots
August 2020: Zandy and Tony facilitated a Think Tank for P&C Leaders. This included discussing changes to workplace conflict in the COVID era, grappling with the expectations placed upon P&C during COVID and how P&C leaders are managing their teams and themselves.
June 2020: Zandy delivered two online workshops to DHHS – Barwon region about work practices and dealing with Covid-19
May 2020: Due to the success of her 1st webinar, Zandy delivers another for HR Daily customers. This time focusing on ‘How to review and reset your workplace culture.’
March 2020: Zandy delivers a webinar for HR Daily’s Premium subscribers on ‘The role HR plays in workplace conflict resolution.’
November 2019: AHRI’s 2019 HR Leaders Series concluded with a discussion led by Zandy on the art & science behind holding difficult conversations; balancing risk & empathy.
September 2019: Zandy presented at ‘Spark the Change’ in Melbourne, a global movement that connects and inspires people to build stronger, purposeful and more meaningful businesses and communities.
September 2019: Zandy provided practical guidance at a VicBar event on ‘Why can’t we all just get along.’
August 2019: Zandy joined HR legal for another Myth Busters Breakfast morning in South Yarra. An intimate breakfast was shared with a diverse group of HR Leaders where confidentiality obligations, consensual workplace relationships & social media were the hot topics of the day.

June 2019: The Zalt Group partnered with HR Legal to run a breakfast event in South Yarra. The group dispelled employment law myths and discussed HR best practices.
May 2019: Zandy took a large group of HR (and related) professionals for a 2-day ‘Facilitating Difficult Conversations in the Workplace’ training in Melbourne CBD.
April 2019: Zandy spoke at the National Mediation Conference in Canberra on ‘Dealing with Difficult Moments and Responding to Curve Balls.’
March 2019: Zandy presented at The HR Director’s Forum in Sydney on ‘Better Conflict in the Workplace’.
October 2018: Brisbane’s HR Summit welcomed Zandy’s presentation on ‘Tough Conversations, balancing strength with empathy.’
October 2018: Zandy spoke on ‘Managing Workplace Conflict: balancing risk and relationships’ at Melbourne’s Masterclass for in-house lawyers.
August 2018: Tony delivered a presentation on ‘The Cost of Incivility In The Workplace – The Art & Science behind having difficult conversations’ at Clubs Australia’s Industrial WR & HR Conference, Sydney.
August 2018: At Key Media’s HR Summit in Melbourne, Zandy shared her tips for handling unexpected scenarios with combative employees.
